Spot Price

The current market price per troy ounce, sourced from global precious metals markets. This price fluctuates continuously during market hours.

Contemporaneous Cost (CC)

Our acquisition cost, which includes the spot price plus our sourcing premium. We source directly from LBMA-accredited refiners when possible to minimize this cost.

Commission

Our service fee, which varies by product weight and type. Larger purchases typically have lower commission rates per ounce.

Volume Discounts

Our commission rates decrease with larger order sizes. Contact our metals desk for custom quotes on bulk purchases exceeding $50,000.

Receive Time-Locked Quote

You'll receive a formal quote with prices locked at current market rates. This quote is valid for 30 minutes.

Important: The 30-minute lock protects you from price increases during the decision period. If the lock expires, a new quote will be required at current market prices.

Accept Quote & Receive Invoice

Once you accept the quote, we generate a formal invoice with wire transfer instructions. The invoice includes a price lock expiration time.

Complete Payment

Send payment via wire transfer or check before the price lock expires. Your price is guaranteed once payment is received.

Price Guarantee: Once we receive your payment, your price is locked regardless of any subsequent market movements.

Insured Delivery

After payment clears, your order ships via fully insured carrier with signature required. Tracking information is provided via email.
